INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

Please find below some important and useful information for your oral presentation.

PRESENTATION DURATION

Presenters are required to adhere to the time allotted to them.
Oral Presentations are either 15 or 10-12 minutes long. Please check the interactive program for the length of your presentation.

 

Deadline for completing your pre-recording: Sunday, 5th July 2020

 

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE

In compliance with EACCME requirements all oral presenters have been requested to complete a Conflict of interest form.

Please ensure that the first slide in your presentation i s the Conflict of Interest disclosure slide. Please click here to download a template of the slide.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR YOUR PRESENTATION

  1. Ratio: Aspect ratio of your presentation should be 16:9.
  2. File name: The name of the presentation file should include the presenter’s name and the presentation title. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, { etc.) to name your presentation.
  3. Format: Presentation files will be accepted in Microsoft Office PowerPoint format only. Macintosh presentations (i.e. Keynote) cannot be accommodated.
  4. MS Office Version: Your presentation needs to be prepared in MS PowerPoint 2010, 2013 or 2016.
  5. File size: The size of one presentation should not exceed 500 MB, if uploaded online prior to the Meeting.
  6. Font: Do not use special fonts which are not part of the standard PowerPoint package, as this will cause problems while uploading your file.

 

Q&A

Public online chat discussion groups will be created for each oral session through which participants can ‘ask’ questions and presenters are asked to join and create a meaningful dialogue.
