Instructions for e-Poster Presenters
The majority of accepted abstracts at the 33rd International Papillomavirus Conference will be available in e-Poster format (1-page poster in portrait orientation). We encourage all delegates to visit the e-Poster gallery.
Abstracts selected for poster will not have a designated date and time for the presentation. All IPVC 2020 delegates can view the e-Posters at any time during and after the Conference, and contact their authors directly via the virtual platform chat function, for questions and further discussions.
The deadline for uploading the e-Posters is extended until Friday, 10 July 2020.
SPECIAL NOTE:
e-Poster(s) that were submitted no later than Tuesday, 30 June, 2020 are being judged for the ‘Featured e-Posters’ section at IPVC.
Only the people awarded this distinction will be notified. Notifications will be received by 10th July, 2020.
Only 10 e-Posters will be selected for this category. The selected e-Posters will be announced on the conference website and will be given the exclusive opportunity to add a 2-3 minutes audio file presenting their e-Poster. They will also receive a certificate for outstanding research work.

- E-Poster size in pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height – portrait orientation
- E-Poster size in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height – portrait orientation
