IPVC Raffle – Participate and Win Daily Prizes!

We encourage you to make the most of your access to our supporters in the exhibition area during IPVC-20. In addition, we like to reward your engagement to virtual networking there.

Easy way to maximise your time in the exhibition area by:

  • Visiting the booths
  • Linking up with representatives
  • Swapping contact details
  • Viewing and downloading items to your “Virtual Meeting Bag”

If you are one of the most engaged networking bees, you will be entered into the IPVC 2020 Raffle to win one of our Daily Prizes!

 

We are looking to hook up 3 lucky winners each day with a:

1st Prize:

FREE IPVC 2021 REGISTRATION

All that you need to do on that day: 

  • Visit all booths at least once 
  • Collect a minimum of 35 documents from various booths to your Virtual Meeting Bag

2nd Prize:

FREE IPVS MEMBERSHIP

All that you need to do on that day: 

  • Visit at least 5 booths
  • Collect a minimum of 20 documents from various booths to your Virtual Meeting Bag

3rd Prize:

FREE IPVC 2021 WORKSHOP TICKET

All that you need to do on that day: 

  • Visit at least 4 booths
  • Collect a minimum of 10 documents from various booths to your Virtual Meeting Bag

We will announce the daily winners after 13:00 (Barcelona CEST) on the following day: on the IPVC Virtual Platform, on the IPVC 2020 website, as well as on the IPVS social media channels.

GENERAL RULES

  1. By entering the contest, all participants agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes free of charge.
  2. By entering the contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release IPVS and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
  3. Each registered participant can only win a Daily Prize once.
  4. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
  5. Free registration to IPVC 2021 cannot be passed on to somebody else.
  6. IPVS and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
  7. Refusal to accept the prize releases IPVS and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, of any liability and obligation toward the winner.
  8. IPVS and Kenes Group, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this contest.
  9. By entering this contest, all participants agree to abide by the contest rules as stated above, including any amendment applied by IPVS and Kenes Group.
  10. Prize winners will be announced on the IPVS / IPVC20 website, at the IPVS Booth and on the IPVS social media channels.
