IPVC Virtual 2020 FAQs

Please see below the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Virtual Conference.

Now, we decided to transform the 33rd International Papillomavirus Conference & Basic Science, Clinical and Public Health Workshops into a fully virtual conference. This will offer our community the possibility for educational exchanges, scientific news and best practice updates while protecting the safety, health, and well-being of all conference participants.

Yes, the platform will first be available between 20-24 July 2020, with some sessions live-streamed according to the program schedule. The release date for all the sessions will be July 20, 2020.

In addition, the platform and all sessions will be available on-demand for 3 months following IPVC 2020.

Yes, you are automatically registered for the virtual conference. Further details and guidance on how to navigate the virtual platform will be announced in due course.

To attend the virtual conference, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and a valid registration. You will receive login details a few days prior to the conference.

Discussion groups will be created for each session and you will be able to join a public online chat discussion and ask questions.

Speakers will be asked to join the discussions as well and address the questions posted.

Live sessions will have live Q&A sessions!

You will then receive an email with instructions how to login to the workshops’ platform.

you can earn up to 35 CME credits at IPVC 2020.

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. You will receive a link in an email at the end of the conference. For more information, click here.
