PROMOTIONAL ITEMS VIRTUAL

  • Opportunity to organise an Official Industry Symposium up to 90 minutes (Programme subject to the approval by the Meeting Scientific Committee);
  • Includes live Q&A and IT support;
  • Permission to use the phrase: “Official Industry Symposium of IPVC 2020”;
  • Symposium Programme will be included in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the Programme;
  • Industry Symposium will be indicated in the programme as: Industry Supported Symposium – (not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering, please refer to the Industry Support and Exhibition Section for more information);
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.

NOTE:

  • IPVC only offers Industry Symposium slots in combination with Support Packages.
  • Opportunity to replay your Industry Symposium in the interactive pre-recorded* format within the 3 months after the Meeting;
  • Companies will have the possibility to engage again with new participants and expand their outreach of their symposium by bringing their experts online for a new live Q&A;
  • Includes IT support for setting up a new live interactive Q&A;
  • Time and date to be coordinated with the Congress Organiser.
  • Supporting company will have their advert be placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
  • A great exposure as participants will be directed to their company booth or web page via one single click on the logo.
  • Supporting company will have their video be placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
  • A great exposure as participants will be directed to their company booth or web page via one single click on the logo.
  • Supporting company will have their logo be placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
  • A great exposure as participants will be directed to their company booth or web page via one single click on the logo.
  • There will be a Networking Lounge where delegates can interact and connect with each other via a group, 1×1 or video call.
    • Support will be recognized by their company logo at the entrance of the Networking Lounge;
    • Supporting company will have two (2) chat rooms made available;
    • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section on the event website and mobile application.
  • Opportunity to have a virtual room which can be used to host and entertain delegates during the Meeting.
  • Technical support will be provided.

ADVERTISING SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

  • One “push notification” sent to all participants* onsite through the mobile app, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer. Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.
  • *Only for those participants who have opted to receive such information.
  • One “push notification” sent to all online participants through the virtual platform, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer.
  • Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.
  • Gain additional exposure for your Symposium by advertising it in a designated section of the Mobile Application.
  • The Meeting App will be available for all participants who download the app.
  • Gain additional exposure for your Symposium, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the pre-registered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material, at a date and time coordinated with the Meeting Organiser.
    • Exclusive: Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by 6 weeks prior to the Congress. ​”From” field will be IPVC20.
    • Joint: Mail blast will be shared with other supporting companies. Supporting company should provide the content for the mail blast following Kenes design requirements. Design of mail blast will be done by Kenes/Organizer.

    * In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250.  Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.​

    Industry Support Disclosure – will be added to all mailshots
    This event is supported, in part, by funding from industry. All support is managed in strict accordance with CME/CPD accreditation criteria and standards for commercial support. Industry Sponsored Symposia are organized by industry and not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering.

​Gain additional exposure for your repeat industry session by sending out a post-Congress Exclusive Mail Blast to registered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material, at a date and time coordinated with the Meeting Organiser.

  • Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter. ​”From” field will be IPVC20.

Please note that it is the Exhibitors’ and/or Supporters’ responsibility to comply with the local authority’s regulations, including EFPIA, the European Federation of Pharmaceuticals Industries & Associations (www.efpia.org), Eucomed, representing the medical technology industry in Europe (https://archive.eucomed.org/), and IFPMA, the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations Code of Practice on the promotion of medicines (www.ifpma.org). Failure to comply with these regulations may not be used as a ground to declare the contract void. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will not expose the Organizer to any suits, demands by the Exhibitor/Supporter or any other third party
